My initial appointment with Dr. Pargament was in April 2022. He seemed very concerned that my eyelids Ihung so low overall my eye and my left eyelid was swollen. He explained to me that they would take tissue from my eyelid and stitch it together. I was impressed with Dr Pargament because of his concern and the way he explained to me how the surgery would enhance my vision.

Dr. Pargament performed a brow lift on me because my brows were falling and affecting my eye sight. I had this done in March, 2024. In August, 2024 he performed an eyelid lift because my eyelids were falling and affecting my vision. My vision has improved greatly. I visited Dr Pargament in March 2023 for treatment of a residual sac resulting from a sty on my right eyelid. Dr Pargament determined that removal by surgery would not be required, abd he proceded with injection of a steroid. Two weeks later, the sac is completely gone. Great service, professional staff, great outcome!

A couple weeks ago I saw Dr Pargament for a follow up regarding an irritated eyelid issue that had been causing considerable discomfort. The good news: he was super thorough, extremely professional, and had a warm, friendly demeanor. He recommended removing a certain few lashes…I decided to wait 6 weeks to see if the situation got better or worse. I’ll probably decide to have the lashes removed and CERTAINLY will ask him to do it. The not-so-good news: I waited WAY more than an appropriate amount of time both the first AND second time I saw him. I was basically unmerciful in criticizing him for that and was unreasonably harsh about it. Upon reflection however I realize it was not singularly his fault. While he did apologize, it is crystal clear that he believes the CEI “just let’em wait” party line. CEI has no doubt developed, in its doctors, a culture whereby they have come to believe (1) that ROUTINELY causing patients 45 to 55 minutes of needless waiting is an acceptably respectful way for a supposed professional to deal with patients; and (2) that causing patients to wait over 45 minutes is what all doctors do and it cannot be avoided?!?

The staff at Cincinnati Eye Institute were phenomenal! I saw Dr. Ginger Henson and her nurse practitioner for lesions on my lid and under my eye. They did biopsies of both. 3 weeks later, you would never know they were ever there! Thank you SO much!!!

Upon arrival, the usual hand sanitizer and self-temperature check. The reception was super nice and friendly, and checking in was a breeze. The sitting in the waiting room was appropriately space and they actually sanitize after each patient, something I don't see at other clinical facilities👍. The wait was negligible and I was ushered in. Dr. Pargament was easy going and puts you at ease. He describes the procedure and other option available. The entire procedure went quick and I was out the door with after care instructions. It was a very good experience, and I will definitely be back for follow up and other procedures as needed.
